Civil Process
It is the goal of the Civil Division to serve all received process in a reasonable and timely manner to all parties involved or having an interest in a case. Each year the Sheriff's Office staff executes more than 2000 individual writs.
Notice of Evictions, Subpoenas, Writs of Execution and Distress Writs are some of the types of process served.
