Pickens County Sheriff's Office Press Release

On Saturday 3/6/2021 the Pickens County Sheriffs office along with Alabama Game and Fish hosted a Hunter Education class in Carrollton.

This Class was held in the Sheriff's Office training facility and had 14 young adults attend.   This class is designed to educate young hunters in gun safety and Alabama law as it applies to hunters.

Sheriff Hall is very proud of the young hunters who attended and showed an interest in learning about safety.  Sheriff Hall thanks the instructors who volunteered their time to educate these future hunters in Pickens County.
