Sheriff Todd Hall has announced that the Pickens County Sheriff's Office will begin a litter campaign today using inmate labor, staff and volunteers

This project is the result of many phone calls from citizens concerned about our County and the increasing amount of litter along our roadways.

Please use caution when you see our inmate laborer crews working.   Slow down and drive a safe distance away from the men who are working to pick up trash.

The Sheriffs office is excited about this program and we will work hard to make it successful.  I hope that as we see progress more citizens will join with us and choose to help us clean up our County.
