Pickens County Sheriff's Office Press Release

The Pickens County Sheriffs Office will be hosting a "Hunter Education Class" sponsored by the Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division of Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

 

Dates:          Saturday, March 6, 2021

Time:           8:00am through 5:00pm

Place:          Pickens County Sheriff's Office

                    188 Cemetery Street

                    Carrollton, Alabama 35447

 

Lunch will be provided.

Class requirements:   Must be at least 10 years old.

All hunters born on or after August 1, 1977, must complete a Hunter Education Course before purchasing their first hunting license unless hunting under supervision required status or exempted by law.
